摘要:

本文通过梳理2019年国内外档案年会的主题,分析各国年会主题的内容特点;并概括出当前国内外档案工作的最新特点和趋势—— 一是基础与创新兼顾;二是务虚与务实结合;三是档案人员和档案职业实现升级。

Abstract：

This article lists the themes and content characteristics of 2019 archival annual conferences. Then it generalizes the latest features and trends of archival work at home and abroad. The first one is giving consideration to the relationship between foundation and innovation, and to balance the relationship between them. The second one is combining vacuity with pragmatism. The third one is upgrading archivists and archive occupations.
