本文通过梳理2021—2022年国内外档案年会主题,评析各国年会主题的内容特点,概括出当前国内外档案工作的最新特点和趋势—凸显倡导、赋能和时机“三大思维”,突出档案工作社会化。
Abstract：

This article lists themes of 2021-2022 archival annual conferences, analyzes characteristics of their content, and summarizes the latest features and trends of archiveswork at home and abroad: highlight ''Three Thoughts'' of advocacy, empowerment and opportunity, and appreciate archival socialization.
