Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】University network public opinion field is the amplifier of contradictions and risks, and also the fore?
front of ideological confrontation. In-depth study of ecological changes, main challenges and coping strategies of university network
public opinion communication in the 5G era of intelligence media is of great significance to universities, society and the country.
【Method/process】The paper comprehensively analyzes the new changes of the network public opinion field in colleges and universities under the background of technological iteration, summarizes and deduces the four challenges of risk response by combining practical observation and theoretical analysis, and proposes a scientific and accurate corresponding mechanism from two aspects of linkage gov? ernance system and core control strategy【. Result/conclusion】The diversity and cross-screen communication environment, the intelli? gence and immediacy of communication tools, the emotionality and fragmentation of communication content, the pioneering nature of "network generation" and the lag of management departments are the main challenges to the network public opinion control of universi? ties in the ERA of 5G intelligence media. Colleges and universities should innovate concepts and mechanisms, reshape linkage man? agement teams, optimize control measures from the four dimensions of political guidance, tool use, content management, and space?time law, and strengthen intelligent monitoring and control of human-machine integration【. Innovation/limitation】Closely following the technological frontier, this paper studies the characteristics of network public opinion in Colleges and universities in the 5g intelligent media era, and puts forward targeted and operable countermeasures. The research focuses on trend judgment and strategy research, the specific implementation measures and application effects need to be improved and verified in practice.
