Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Taking blockchain thinking as the starting point, this paper discusses the operation mechanism of
competitive intelligence alliance, so as to ensure the survival rate of the alliance and the realization of resource sharing【. Method/pro?cess】Firstly, analyze the problems faced in the operation of competitive intelligence alliance according to the characteristics of com? petitive intelligence alliance, secondly explore the application mode of blockchain thinking in the construction of competitive intelli? gence alliance operation mechanism, then construct the competitive intelligence alliance operation mechanism based on blockchain thinking, and finally verify and analyze the mechanism on the basis of actual cases【. Result/conclusion】Using blockchain thinking and technology to build the operation mechanism of competitive intelligence alliance can solve the problems of unequal membership, low trust, low sustainability and so on.【Innovation/limitation】Study the operation mechanism of competitive intelligence alliance from a new perspective. In the future, more alliance enterprises will be taken as the research object to further test and apply the constructed operation mechanism.
