Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】As an important research topic in the field of medical and management science,the diagnosis and treatment scheme automatic reasoning of online health community plays a significant role in the context of the“Internet plus Medical”.【Method/process】This study proposes the online health community diagnosis and treatment scheme automatic reasoning model pro⁃spective of CBR and ontology theory.The octopus' collector is used to obtain the "HaoDaifu Online" disease knowledge and doctorpatient question-answer data to construct ontology,meanwhile use text analysis to dig out interpretable disease diagnosis information and its solutions,realize the semi-automatic build of the knowledge base and case base respectively.Taking adult congenital heart dis⁃ease as an example,the ACHD-AP indicators is formally defined,and the reasoning engine is used to classify the risk of patient cases and divide them into the corresponding disease knowledge base,as well as realized the automatic reasoning of the diagnosis and treat⁃ment solutions【. Result/conclusion】Research shows that the diagnosis and treatment scheme are proved accurate compare with expert advice by the text similarity algorithm,in addition,the hierarchical relationship between the knowledge base and the case base under the OntoQA assessment is reasonable【. Innovation/limitation】The diagnosis and treatment scheme automatic reasoning model based on knowledge base and case base provides a reference for the online health community intelligence diagnosis and the service mode inno⁃vation.
