创新网络中组织兼容性对知识创造的影响机理研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】以创新网络为背景,从知识管理视角探究创新网络中企业知识创造模型,为增强知识创造结
果提供新视角。【方法
/过程】基于对知识类型和知识创造模型文献梳理,通过组织兼容性不同维度对不同知识创造
路径分析,构建创新网络中企业知识创造模型,提出保障措施。【结果
/结论】组织兼容性是知识创造的重要因素。
其中组织兼容性包括文化兼容性、战略兼容性和知识兼容性,知识创造类型涉及管理知识创造、市场知识创造和技
术知识创造;创新网络知识创造是通过组织兼容性到知识交换再到知识创造的过程,其中知识交换和知识融合能
力对知识创造具有协同作用。【创新
/局限】创新性提出创新网络中企业知识创造模型,并详细分析组织兼容性不同
维度对不同类型知识创造作用机理。但模型仅限于理论探索,缺少案例和实证量化验证。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceBased on the context of innovation network, this paper explores the knowledge creation model of in⁃novation network from the perspective of knowledge management, and provides a new perspective for enhancing knowledge creation.Method/processBased on the literature review of knowledge types and knowledge creation models, an innovative network knowledge creation model is constructed through the analysis of different knowledge creation paths in different dimensions of inter-organizational compatibility, and guarantee measures are proposed.Result/conclusionInter-organization compatibility is an important factor in knowledge creation. Inter-organizational compatibility includes cultural compatibility, strategic compatibility and knowledge compat⁃ibility. The types of knowledge creation involve managerial knowledge creation, marketing knowledge creation and technological
knowledge creation; innovation network knowledge creation is through inter-organizational compatibility to knowledge exchange and then to knowledge creation process in which knowledge exchange and knowledge combination capability have a synergistic effect on knowledge creation.
Innovation/limitationInnovatively proposes an innovative network knowledge creation model, and the mecha⁃nism of different dimensions of inter-organizational compatibility on different types of knowledge creation is analyzed in detail. How⁃ever, the model is limited to theoretical exploration, lacking cases and empirical quantitative verification.
