Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The optimization of network information ecological environment is an important part of the strategy
of network power, after carrying out the evaluation of network information ecological environment the corresponding optimization coun? termeasures is put forward, it is helpful to find the starting point and focus for improving the network information ecological environ? ment in China.【Method/process】On the basis of defining the connotation of network information ecological environment, this paper determines the influencing factors of network information ecological environment, analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors based on DEMATEL method, and evaluates China's network information ecological environment from 2013 to 2018 by using the result factors.【Result/conclusion】The results show that in recent years, China's network information ecological environment has been continuously optimized. But at the same time, the overall evaluation of individual years declines and rises slowly, the specific strategies for optimizing the network information ecological environment are put forward from the five dimensions of information sys? tem environment, information technology environment, information ontology environment, economic environment and human environ? ment, which provides reference for promoting the construction of a strong country through the internet and creating a clear network space.【Innovation/limitation】The network information ecological environment in China is evaluated by using the result factors ob? tained from DEMATEL method, in the follow-up, the effects differences of cause factors and result factors on the network information ecological environment will be analyzed.
