Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】This paper makes full use of big data technology to study the information platform construction of

social conditions and pubic opinions of CPPCC. By building the platform, it completes the construction of information platform of

social conditions and pubic opinions of CPPCC and improves the work efficiency of social conditions and pubic opinions of CPPCC.

【Method/process】Starting from the current situations and existing problems of information platform construction of social conditions

and pubic opinions of CPPCC, this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the construction of information platform of the social

situations and public opinions, and designs function modules. Based on the functions of the big data platform, the overall structure of

the information platform construction is proposed, and the advantages of big data in the construction of information platform of the

social situations and public opinions are proved according to the functions and structure.【Result/conclusion】The information

platform of social conditions and pubic opinions of CPPCC in this paper solves the problem of unbalanced development of the CPPCC

informatization construction, improves the working efficiency of the CPPCC system, speeds up the construction of the information

platform of CPPCC, and guarantees the modernization speed of the functions of CPPCC effectively.【Innovation/limitation】Proposed a

cloud deployment plan for the information platform, based on the investment and development of the provincial CPPCC, it solved the

shortcomings of the local grassroots CPPCC platform. The limitation lies in the need to further understand the actual situation and

functional requirements of platform construction in different regions. The development of specific functions of the platform requires

further research and expansion.
