从后喻到互喻的模式转变:基于SNA的组织内知识共享研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】随着大数据、网络技术的快速发展,信息化经济和知识经济已经逐渐处于全球经济发展的主
导地位,知识已经成为社会发展的核心动力。洞悉组织内部的知识共享模式有利于改善组织中知识共享与知识交
流,能够有效地提升组织的生产力和创新力。【方法
/过程】通过实地调研与调查问卷相结合的方法获得原始数据资
料,构建组织内部个体之间的知识共享矩阵,采用随机抽样的方式绘制知识共享网络,结合团队成员的职业属性挖
掘知识共享模式的特征,并提出提升知识共享的策略建议。【结果
/结论】研究结果表明,知识创新型企业组织内部
的知识共享以互喻模式为主,科技企业有必要改变传统的层级制管理体系,进而适应现代企业知识共享需求,提高
企业知识创新能力。


Abstract: Purpose/significanceWith the rapid development of big data and network technology, the information econo⁃
my and knowledge economy have gradually taken the leading position in global economic development, and knowledge has
become the core driving force of social development. Understanding the knowledge sharing pattern of the organization is
conducive to improving knowledge sharing and knowledge exchange in the organization, and can effectively enhance the or⁃
ganization's productivity and innovation.
Methods/processThis article obtains the original data through a combination of
field research and questionnaires, the knowledge sharing matrix between individuals in the organization is constructed, the
knowledge sharing network is drawn by random sampling, and the features of the knowledge sharing pattern are explored by
combining the professional attributes of team members, and the strategic suggestions are put forward to improve knowledge
sharing.
Result/conclusionThe results show that the knowledge sharing pattern of the knowledge innovation enterprise is
mainly co-figurative. It is necessary for technology enterprises to change the traditional hierarchical management system to
adapt to the knowledge sharing needs of modern enterprises and improve their knowledge innovation capabilities.
