基于主题-情感融合分析的新冠疫苗舆情演化研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】通过对微博数据的挖掘,深入探究新冠疫苗舆论及民众情感在不同阶段的变化趋势,为制定 有效的沟通策略和社会干预提供实证支持。【方法/过程】利用BERTopic和SnowNLP实现主题-情感融合分析,通 过对新冠疫苗舆论内容在新冠疫苗研制初期、上市初期和大规模接种后期三个阶段的微博数据进行分析,得到了 每个阶段的主题建模结果以及相应主题文本下的情感得分。【结果/结论】主题建模结果发现公众关注重点从“疫苗 应对与疫苗研发”转向“疫苗接种事项”,最后转变为“优化防疫政策”;在情感分析方面,公众对于新冠疫苗大部分 主题的情感态度较为积极,但在某些特定主题下也存在中立和消极态度。【创新/局限】本文创新性地探究了三个时 间维度下的新冠疫苗舆情主题-情感演化,但现有分析仅针对单一社交媒体平台,未来将扩大研究样本并融合更多 角度进一步探索。

Abstract: 【Purpose/signficance】Through the extensive collection of Weibo data, we can deeply explore the changing trend of public sentiment in different stages, so as to provide empirical support for the formation of effective communication strategies and social inter⁃ vention【. Method/process】Applying BERTopic and SnowNLP to achieve theme emotional fusion analysis, through the analysis of the new crown vaccine public opinion content in the early stage of the new crown outbreak, the early stage of the marketing and the early stage of the liberalization policy, the theme modeling results of each stage and the emotional score under the corresponding text are ob⁃ tained【. Result/conclusion】The theme modeling results found that the public's focus shifted from "vaccine response and vaccine re⁃ search and development" to "vaccination matters", and finally to "optimizing epidemic prevention policies"; In terms of emotional analysis, the public's attitude towards the theme of "new crown vaccine" is more positive, but there is also a little neutral and negative attitude under some specific themes【. Innovation/limitation】The study creatively explored the public opinion of COVID-19 Vaccine’s theme-emotional evolution under the three time dimensions, but the existing analysis is only for a single social media platform, and will expand the research sample and further explored from multiple perspectives.
