大数据背景下突发公共事件网络舆情情感演化
及舆情引导策略研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】从舆情情感演化及各阶段主题方面为舆情引导人员提供思路,从而进一步完善舆情引导策
略,保障网络社会的安全。【方法/过程】以危机生命周期理论为基础,选择发生在2022年2月13日的“重庆星巴克驱
赶民警”事件作为研究对象,本文选择使用Python爬虫方法获取微博评论数据源,使用TF-IDF结合SVM支持向量
机构建网络舆情评论情感分类器,对“重庆星巴克驱赶民警”事件情感演化进行研究,最终结合实例分析并成功构
建突发公共事件网络舆情引导模型。【结果/结论】舆情事件的情感演化受到多方影响,其中自媒体创作者、意见领
袖以及权威组织是主要影响来源,同时舆情引导应注重在潜伏期加强舆情监测,在暴发期和扩散期应注重公众情
绪的引导,信息公开透明化,在平复期应注重防范舆情事件复发和加强民众教育,提高公众信息素养。【创新/局限】
仅以单案例为研究对象,未来会增加研究样本以更好地分析网络舆情的引导策略。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 Provide ideas for public opinion guidance personnel in terms of the evolution of public opinion emo⁃
tions and themes at various stages, in order to further improve public opinion guidance strategies and ensure the security of the online
society.
Method/process】 Based on the theory of crisis life cycle, the "Chongqing Starbucks Driving Out Police Officers" event that
occurred on February 13, 2022 was selected as the research object. This article uses Python crawler method to obtain Weibo comment
data source, and uses TF-IDF combined with SVM support vector machine to build a network public opinion comment sentiment clas⁃
sifier to study the emotional evolution of the "Chongqing Starbucks Driving Out Police Officers" event, Finally, combined with case
analysis and reference from domestic research, a network public opinion guidance model for sudden public events was successfully
constructed.【Result/conclusion】 The emotional evolution of public opinion events is influenced by multiple factors, among which self
media creators, opinion leaders, and authoritative organizations are the main sources of influence. At the same time, public opinion
guidance should focus on strengthening public opinion monitoring during the incubation period, guiding public emotions during the
outbreak and diffusion periods, making information public and transparent. In the recovery period, attention should be paid to the re⁃
currence of public opinion events, strengthening public education, and improving public information literacy.【Innovation/limitation】
Only a single case will be used as the research object, and in the future, research samples will be added to better analyze the guiding
strategies of online public opinion.
