科技型企业创业孵化平台信息传导效率及创新模式研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】鉴于科技型企业自身技术更新速度快、创业路径短及创业环境复杂等特点,其对创业孵化进
程中孵化平台的服务质量、信息传导路径及传导效率均提出了更高的要求。通过深入研究科技型企业创业行为与
孵化平台的信息服务关联及结构作用关系,从系统结构的视角识别关键影响因素,旨在从交互网络的结构视角测
度科技型企业创业成功率及创业绩效水平,从而为构建出高效运营的创业孵化平台信息传导运营模式提供政策支
撑。【方法/过程】通过对创业孵化平台与科技型企业创业孵化外部影响因素的系统分析,从影响要素投入-产出的
视角利用交互网络DEA方法测算了创业孵化平台服务信息传导效率,从信息传导的视角提出了科技型企业与创业
孵化信息服务平台的创新协同运营模式与组织结构。【结果/结论】依据信息传导影响要素分析及效率测算结果,提
出了“孵化主体关联信息传输-吸纳”和“孵化平台组织信息传导”创新模式。【创新/局限】以交互网络的视角测算、
分析信息传导效率为创业孵化信息量化管理提供了创新方式与方法,通过更全面与完整的数据收集与分析将是进
一步完善的方向。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 In view of the characteristics of high-tech enterprises such as fast technological updating, short en⁃
trepreneurial path and complex entrepreneurial environment, they put forward higher requirements for the service quality, information
transmission path and transmission efficiency of the incubation platform in the process of business entrepreneurship. By study of the
relationship between the entrepreneurial behavior of science and technology enterprises and the information service relationship of the
incubation platform, the key influencing factors were identified from the perspective of system structure, and the entrepreneurial suc⁃
cess rate and entrepreneurial performance level of science and technology enterprises were measured from the structural perspective of
interactive network, so as to provide policy support for the construction of an efficient operation of the business incubation information
service platform operation mode.【Method/process】 Through the systematic analysis of the external influencing factors of the business
incubation information service platform and the business incubation of science and technology enterprises, the service information
transmission efficiency of the business incubation platform was measured by using the interactive network DEA method from the per⁃
spective of influencing factor input and output, and the innovative collaborative operation mode, such as “incubation subject informa⁃
tion transmission-absorption association mode” and “the incubation platform organizes information transmission mode” were pro⁃
posed.【Result/conclusion】 Through the measurement of information transmission efficiency, the information transmission innovation
modes of science and technology enterprise business incubation platform is proposed.【Innovation/limitation】Measuring and analyzing
information transmission efficiency from the perspective of interactive networks provides innovative ways and methods for quantitative
management of entrepreneurial incubation information. More comprehensive and complete data collection and analysis will be the di⁃
rection for further improvement.
