智慧知识服务评价指标体系构建及质量评价

摘要:

【目的/意义】确定智慧知识服务质量评价指标体系,对现有智慧知识服务进行评价,以期提升智慧知识服
务质量,为智慧知识服务建设提供参考。【方法/过程】构建智慧知识服务质量评价指标体系,在此基础上采用层次
分析法进行不同指标的权重确定,并采用模糊综合评价法对现有智慧知识服务质量进行研究,并以线上、线下两种
智慧知识服务平台为例进行验证。【结果/结论】知识有用性、知识准确性和知识检索能力是评价智慧知识服务质量
的重要因素,用户对现有智慧知识服务质量是满意的,但仍有进步空间。【创新/局限】结合专家意见和用户反馈对
智慧知识服务质量评价体系进行构建和验证,但由于当前有关智慧知识服务的研究较少,所构建的评价指标体系
可能不够全面。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 To determine the quality evaluation index system of smart knowledge services and evaluate the ex⁃
isting smart knowledge services, with a view to improving the quality of smart knowledge services and providing reference for the con⁃
struction of smart knowledge services.【Method/process】 Construct the evaluation index system of smart knowledge service quality,
based on which the hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the weights of different indexes, and the fuzzy comprehensive
evaluation method is used to study the quality of existing smart knowledge services, and two kinds of online and offline smart
knowledge service platforms are used as examples for verification.【Result/conclusion】 Knowledge usefulness, knowledge accuracy
and knowledge retrieval ability are important factors in evaluating the quality of smart knowledge services, and users are satisfied with
the quality of existing smart knowledge services, but there is still room for improvement.【Innovation/limitation】 The quality evaluation
system of smart knowledge services is constructed and validated by combining expert opinions and user feedback, but the evaluation
index system constructed may not be comprehensive due to the current research on smart knowledge services is relatively small.
