我国研究生数字素养的影响因素及培育策略研究

摘要: 【 目的/意义】数字经济时代,数字素养的重要性愈发凸显。加强对高校研究生数字素养的培育,对提高我 国高等教育质量,促进科学研究飞速发展意义重大。【方法/过程】本文利用扎根理论方法,通过对访谈获取的原始 资料进行编码分析,提炼出55个初始概念、16个基本范畴和5个主范畴。在此基础上,梳理各个范畴之间的内在逻 辑,构建形成研究生数字素养影响机理的理论模型。【结果/结论】研究表明,数字平台质量、数字信息质量、数字设 备质量、个人因素和环境因素都会对研究生数字素养产生正向影响,并基于理论模型提出研究生数字素养的培育 策略。【创新/局限】本文研究基于不同高校研究生对于数字素养的培育情况和了解程度,对促进高校进一步做好研 究生数字素养教育提供理论支撑,具有实践意义。但对于研究数据的广泛性和运营者内部因素的考虑尚有欠缺, 日后可进一步补充。

Abstract: 【 Purpose/significance】In the era of digital economy, the importance of digital literacy has become increasingly prominent. Strengthening the cultivation of digital literacy of graduate students in colleges and universities is of great significance to improving the quality of China's higher education and promoting the rapid development of scientific research.【 Method/process】 This paper uses the grounded theory method to extract 55 initial concepts, 16 basic categories and 5 main categories by coding and analyzing the original data obtained from interviews. On this basis, it combs the internal logic between various categories, and constructs a theoretical model to form the influence mechanism of graduate students' digital literacy.【 Result/conclusion】 The research shows that the quality of digi⁃ tal platform, digital information, digital equipment, personal factors and environmental factors will have a positive impact on the digital literacy of graduate students. 【Innovation/limitation】 Based on the theoretical model, the cultivation strategy of digital literacy of graduate students is proposed, which provides theoretical support for colleges and universities to further improve the digital literacy education of graduate students, and has practical significance.
