【Purpose/significance】 Explore the logic and strategy of the construction of Chinese Cultural Database under the strategy of

cultural digitalization, provide ideas for promoting the high-quality development of public cultural digital services, and contribute to

promoting cultural self-confidence and building a new and brilliant socialist culture.【Method/process】 Based on the major strategic deployment of "cultural power", "digital China" and other aspects in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and taking the Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of the National Cultural Digital Strategy as the specific guidance,analyzing the historical origin, current development and future prospects of the Chinese Cultural Database.【Result/conclusion】 The construction of the Chinese Culture Database has experienced the initial exploration form of digital collection, the diversified develop⁃ment form led by the Chinese memory project, and the advanced transition form driven by digital humanity, and has begun to take shape. It is suggested to realize the convergence and association of the Chinese Culture Database by building a resource convergence system, a data association system, an operation guarantee system, a data governance system, and an open sharing system.【Innovation/limitation】 Propose the idea of convergence and correlation of Chinese Culture Database.
