Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Vaccines are an important barrier to ensure the safety of people's lives and health, and are related to
public health security and national security, as well as an effective means of epidemic prevention and control, but still face key chal⁃lenges such as credible traceability of vaccines and vaccine hesitation, and need to further strengthen the construction of vaccine information-based traceability system.【Method/process】Based on the theoretical study of blockchain technology, the blockchain trace⁃ability mechanism of the whole cycle from vaccine circulation to vaccination is designed purposefully by the method of model construc⁃tion, the federated chain network structure of vaccine circulation management is further designed, and the chain management model of vaccination information is proposed, and finally the traceability system is implemented based on the FISCO BCOS framework.【Result/conclusion】The results verify the feasibility of the system, while the research results are conducive to effectively maintaining the order of vaccine distribution and vaccination, assisting the regulatory decision of vaccine management, enhancing public trust in vaccine safety, and providing certain reference for practical application.【
Innovation/limitation】Blockchain technology empowers vaccine man⁃agement, realizes the positive deposition tracking and reverse traceability supervision of vaccine information, and promotes the applica⁃tion of vaccine informatization traceability scenarios in the context of epidemic prevention and control.
