MOA框架下短视频社交平台用户健康信息采纳行为的

摘要:

【目的/意义】新媒体时代,短视频已成为健康信息传播的主要载体。探究驱动短视频社交平台用户健康信
息采纳行为的不同前因要素组合,可以为有效发挥健康信息资源在个人健康管理与决策中的作用提供参考。【方
法/过程】借鉴MOA(动机-机会-能力)模型分析框架,利用问卷调查收集数据,采取模糊集定性比较分析方法探
讨动机、机会、能力多维要素与短视频社交平台用户健康信息采纳行为的组态效应。【结果/结论】研究发现,用户健
康信息采纳行为具有多重并发的特点,单一动机、机会或能力要素难以构成用户健康信息采纳的必要条件;存在多
条触发短视频社交平台用户健康信息采纳行为的组态路径,可归纳为三类模式,即信息质量核心驱动型、健康素养
支持下自我提升驱动型和自我效能支持下健康意识驱动型。【创新/局限】本文用组态思维分析用户健康信息采纳
行为的构型,深化了对信息采纳行为前因要素联动效应的认知,丰富了信息采纳行为的研究视角。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 In the era of new media, short video has become the main carrier of health information dissemina⁃
tion. To Explore the driving path of users heath information adoption in short video social platform can provide reference for effectively playing the role of health information resource in personal health management and decision-making.【Method/process】 Based on MOA model, an antecedent model of uses heath information adoption behavior in short video social platforms is constructed. The data is collected by questionnaire survey, and fsQCA is used to explore the joint effect of heath information adoption behavior in short video social platform.【Result/conclusion】 The findings show that health information adoption behavior is multiple concurrency, and single element cannot constitute the necessary conditions for health information adoption behavior. There are many configurations that consti⁃tute the formation path of users health information adoption behavior in short video social platform, and they are presented as three an⁃tecedents matching patterns, namely, information quality core-driven, health consciousness and self-enhancement-driven, and self-efficacy and health consciousness-driven.【
Innovation/limitation】 Introduced the fsQCA approach into the research deepens the cogni⁃tion of the joint effect of antecedent factors of health information adoption behavior, and enriches the theoretical system of existing re⁃search.
