智能技术赋能下工程项目知识转移理论框架及路径研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】知识转移是实现工程项目总体目标的核心要素,通过智能技术对项目管理进行赋能,可实现 项目全生命周期知识转移及反馈优化,强化项目参建单位之间的多主体知识转移效率,对新时期提升项目管理效 率提供参考和借鉴。【方法/过程】对工程项目情境下知识转移的动机、主体、周期进行界定,构建工程项目知识转移 理论模型,以此为基础探讨智能技术赋能下全生命周期知识转移和多主体间知识转移的路径,实现对传统项目知 识转移的改造升级。【结果/结论】智能技术赋能下,工程项目管理能够更加全面实现全要素协调组织,能够实现全 生命周期知识无损传递,全面提高多主体间知识转移效率、降低协调沟通成本,在应对更加复杂综合的工程项目时 具有十分明显的优势。【创新/局限】创新提出智能技术赋能下工程项目知识转移的总体路径框架,并从宏微观两个 层面解构智能技术赋能机理,局限在于未引入实际案例数据开展实证研究,未来可进一步补充。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】In the context of construction project, knowledge transfer is seen as the core factor of achieving proj⁃ ect objective. Through the way of intelligent technology enabling in project management, full life-cycle knowledge transfer and feed⁃ back optimization can be realized, and the multi-agent knowledge transfer amongst project participating units can be strengthened, which can provide references for promoting project management efficiency in the new era【. Method/process】Knowledge transfer moti⁃ vation, principal parts and cycle are specified, thereby a theoretical model of knowledge transfer in project context being constructed. On this basis, the paths of full life cycle knowledge transfer and multi-agent knowledge transfer in condition of intelligent technology enabling are researched, which can contribute a new idea of upgrading traditional project knowledge transfer.【Result/conclusion】In condition of intelligent technology enabling, construction project management can achieve an all-elements coordination, thereby a loss⁃ less knowledge transfer through full lifecycle being realized, and the multi-agent knowledge transfer efficiency being promoted, which can create better advantages facing much more complicated and comprehensive projects【. Innovation/limitation】In this paper, the over⁃ all path framework of knowledge transfer of engineering projects under intelligent technology empowerment is innovatively put forward, thereby macro and micro mechanism of intelligent technology empowerment are deconstructed. The limitation is that no actual case data is introduced to carry out empirical research, which can be further supplemented in the future.
