创新驱动的智库知识服务全球专业化发展研究
——基于40个案例的模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)

摘要: 【目的/意义】探究智库的知识服务全球专业化发展,对提升智库的全球影响力和国际话语权具有重要意 义。【方法/过程】基于创新驱动发展理论,通过分析智库的知识服务全球化和专业化发展特征提出其条件变量,构 建创新驱动的智库知识服务全球专业化发展概念模型,并采用fsQCA方法分析40家国内外知名智库,探析创新驱 动智库知识服务全球专业化发展的条件组合,提出其创新驱动模式。【结果/结论】智库知识服务全球专业化发展是 由智库智力资本的人力资本、结构资本和关系资本三要素组合创新驱动的结果。其中,专业人才、全球专题数据库 和全球专题会议是核心条件,但都不是必要条件;五个条件组合可以创新驱动其知识服务全球专业化发展,并形成 了两类及五种创新驱动模式,有效验证了结果变量与条件变量之间是多重并发因果关系。【创新/局限】本文的创新 之处在于运用 fsQCA 方法探究变量间的复杂因果关系,提出了智库知识服务全球专业化发展的五种创新驱动 模式。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Exploring global professional development of knowledge service of think tank is of great signifi⁃ cance to enhance the global influence and international discourse power of think tank.【Method/process】Based on the innovationdriven development theory, this paper proposes its condition variables by analyzing the characteristics of global and professional devel⁃ opment of knowledge service of think tank, and constructs a conceptual model of innovation-driven global professional development of knowledge service of think tank, then uses fsQCA to analyze 40 well-known think tanks at home and abroad, to explore and analyze the condition combination that can innovatively drive the global professional development of knowledge service of think tank, and puts forward its innovation-driven patterns.【Result/conclusion】The global professional development of knowledge service of think tank is driven by the condition of intellectual capital’s three elements of think tank, including human capital, structural capital and relational capital. Among them, condition variables including professional, global thematic database, and global thematic conference are the core conditions,but they are not necessary conditions; five condition combinations can innovatively drive the global professional develop⁃ ment of knowledge service, and forms two types and five kinds of innovation-driven patterns. It effectively verifies that there are mul⁃ tiple concurrent causal relationships between the outcome variable and the condition variable.【Innovation/limitation】The innovation of this paper lies in the application of fsQCA method to explore the complex causal relationship between variables,and puts forward five types of innovation-driven patterns of global professional development of knowledge service of think tank.
