合作网络整体性特征对科研团队创新绩效的影响研究
——以(国际)医学信息学领域研究论文为例

摘要:

【目的/意义】科研团队作为我国科技创新和人才培养的主要实施载体,对其合作网络特征与创新绩效之间 的关系研究有助于实现科研团队资源配置与优化来提升创新绩效。【方法/过程】以WOS数据库中医学信息学领域
2011-2020年合著论文识别出的1418个科研团队为研究对象,从科研团队整体层面视角出发,筛选出4个合作网络 特征对科研团队进行聚类并分析各类型科研团队的特点,利用决策树深入挖掘特征因素组合对各类型科研团队的 创新绩效影响路径。【结果/结论】研究结果发现:基于合作网络特征可将科研团队划分为二人合作型、流线型、网状 型和混合型四种类型,各类型科研团队的合作网络特征差异明显。除二人合作团队外,其他类型科研团队中,网络 密度越小团队越容易产生较高的创新绩效。【创新/局限】基于数据证据结合数据挖掘方法,有效捕捉合作网络特征 的组态效应与创新绩效之间的非线性复杂关系,展现团队特征对创新绩效的决策路径,为科研团队建设和提高科 研绩效提供现实参考。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】As the main implementation carrier of scientific and technological innovation and talent training in my country, the research team studies the relationship between the characteristics of its cooperation network and innovation perfor⁃ mance, which will help to better realize the allocation and optimization of scientific research team resources and improve innovation performance.【Method/process】Taking the 1418 scientific research teams identified in all co-authored papers in the field of web of sci⁃ ence medical informatics from 2011 to 2020 as the research objects, from the perspective of the overall scientific research team, the scientific research teams are clustered based on the filtered features and the characteristics of each type of scientific research team are analyzed. The team's innovation performance affects the path.【Result/conclusion】The results of the study found: Based on the charac⁃ teristics of the cooperation network, the scientific research team can be divided into four types: two-person cooperation, streamline, network and hybrid, and the characteristics of the cooperation network of each type of scientific research team are significantly differ⁃ ent. In addition to the two-person cooperative team, in other types of scientific research teams, the smaller the network density, the easier it is to produce higher innovation performance【. Innovation/limitation】Based on data evidence combined with data mining meth⁃ ods, we effectively capture the nonlinear and complex relationship between the configuration effect of cooperative network characteris⁃ tics and innovation performance. The decision-making path of innovation performance is presented for providing practical reference for the improvement of research team construction and improvement of research performance.
