【Purpose/significance】Red archives resources contain precious spiritual wealth of our party, is a vivid textbook to carry out patriotic education, taking teenagers as the research object, to explore the development path of red archives resources is of great value.【Method/process】After combing the literature on the concept, value and development status of red archive resources, the way and de⁃ mand of obtaining resources of young people were investigated and analyzed. This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the devel⁃ opment of red archives resources for adolescent education from the three dimensions of the needs of adolescent users, red archives re⁃ sources and presentation modes.【Result/conclusion】According to the internal mechanism of the development of red archives re⁃ sources for teenagers' education and the habits and needs of teenagers, the development path of red archives resources was put forward from four aspects: collection and selection of red archives resources, presentation form of development results, publicity and collabora⁃ tion between schools and libraries.【Innovation/limitation】This paper takes teenagers as object oriented and explores the development path of red archives resources, which can provide reference for the integration of red archives resources into teenagers.
