小微企业竞争情报精准定制服务体系构建与运营策略研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】针对小微企业竞争情报行为的间断性和需求的不确定性特征,从图书馆主导、精准化定制、 多元化协同、平台化运行的视角,构建小微企业竞争情报可持续运行服务体系。【方法/过程】利用图书馆专业、人 员、资源及服务优势,提出以图书馆为主导,多源数据融合、多元机构协同、多重技术应用、多维数据供给的小微企 业竞争情报精准定制服务体系,并通过社会化思维与CBMCE运营模式引入,对小微企业竞争情报服务体系的运营 策略进行优化。【结果/结论】通过小微企业竞争情报精准化服务体系的构建和社区化运营策略的优化,实现小微 企业竞争情报精准定制的可持续运营。【创新/局限】突出图书馆在小微企业竞争情报精准定制的主导作用,以及社 区化运营的重要意义。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Owing to the discontinuity of behavior and the uncertainty of demand as far as small and micro en⁃ terprises (SMEs)' competitive intelligence is concerned, a sustainable operation service system is built from the perspective of libraryled model, precise customization, diversified collaboration, and platform operation.【Method/process】Reliant on expertise, personnel, resources and services of a library, a library-led precision customization service system for SMEs' competitive intelligence is pro⁃ posed, featuring multi-source data fusion, multi-organizational collaboration, multi-technology application, and multi-dimensional data supply. Besides, its operation strategy is optimized by introducing socialized thinking and CBMCE.【Result/conclusion】A sus⁃ tainable operation mechanism is formed by constructing the precise service system of SMEs' competitive intelligence and optimizing the community-based operation strategy.【Innovation/limitation】With emphasis on the leading role of libraries in the precise custom⁃ ization of competitive intelligence for SMEs, and the significance of community-based operations.
