【Purpose/significance】The service efficiency evaluation of public digital culture platform plays an important role in improv⁃ ing the construction and service efficiency of public digital culture platform.【Method/process】Based on the characteristics of public digital culture platform, combined with the three dimensions of platform information, platform information technology and platform in⁃ formation environment, the service efficiency evaluation system of public digital culture platform is constructed, and the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process. 10 typical domestic public digital culture platforms are selected for demonstration.

【Result/conclusion】The evaluation system has certain practicability and operability. The evaluation system provides theoretical sup⁃ port for strengthening the construction of public digital culture platform and improving the quality of public digital culture services【. In⁃ novation/limitation】The paper evaluating the effectiveness of typical public digital culture platforms, however, selecting only 10 plat⁃ forms for empirical research appears to have a small sample size.
