问答交互中的知识交流效率差异:多元虚拟社区的跨学科比较研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】通过对不同类型虚拟社区中基于问答交互的知识交流效率进行跨社区、跨学科的差异分析,
为各社区准确定位并优化知识交流支撑体系提供参考。【方法/过程】选取ResearchGate、知乎、小木虫、CSDN、经管
之家等虚拟社区及其中的编程语言、金融学2个学科版块,结合熵权法计算的社区学科问答综合度量,建立多元虚
拟社区问答交互知识交流效率评价的指标体系,运用数据包络分析法计算社区学科的相对知识交流效率,并进行
跨社区和跨学科的比较。【结果/结论】多元虚拟社区整体规模效率较高,但纯技术效率有待提高,且社区规模对虚
拟社区知识交流效率影响的边际效应递减;跨社区层面,综合性社区的知识交流效率高于垂直社区的知识交流效
率;跨学科层面,经管类学科的知识交流效率高于理工类学科的知识交流效率。【创新/局限】本研究突破学科差异
视角,从社区类型本质差异切入,开展不同类型社区之间的问答交流效率差异分析,以指导不同类型虚拟社区准确
定位并优化建设模式。未来可以进一步扩展学科范围,且可在此基础上进行语义分析与情感分析。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】By analyzing the cross-community and cross-disciplinary differences in knowledge exchange effi?
ciency in Q&A interactions, we provide references for different types of virtual communities to accurately position and optimize their
knowledge exchange support systems【. Method/process】We selected virtual communities such as ResearchGate, Zhihu, muchong.com, CSDN, and bbs.pinggu.org and their two disciplinary sections of programming languages and finance, combined with the comprehen? sive measure of community disciplinary Q&A calculated by the entropy weight method, established an index system for evaluating the efficiency of knowledge exchange through Q&A interaction in multivariate virtual communities, calculated the relative knowledge ex? change efficiency of community disciplines by using the data envelopment analysis method, and conducted cross-community and cross-disciplinary comparisons.【Result/conclusion】The overall scale efficiency of diversified virtual communities is higher, but the pure technical efficiency needs to be improved, and the marginal effect of community scale on the knowledge exchange efficiency of vir? tual communities is diminishing; at the cross-community level, the knowledge exchange efficiency of comprehensive communities is higher than that of vertical communities; at the cross-discipline level, the knowledge exchange efficiency of economic and management disciplines is higher than that of scientific and technical disciplines.【Innovation/limitation】This study breaks through the perspective of disciplinary differences, starts from the essential differences of community types, and carries out the analysis of the differences of Q&A communication efficiency between different types of communities, in order to guide the accurate positioning and optimize the con? struction mode of different types of virtual communities. Based on this study, the discipline can be further expanded and semantic and sentiment analysis can be performed on this basis.
