大众社交媒体的垂直互动:抑郁症主题在线健康交流用户参与驱动因素研究

摘要: 目的/意义】在线健康信息交流热潮下,大众社交媒体的垂直交流版块与垂直在线健康社区共同为用户提
供了丰富的在线健康信息交流渠道,深入探究用户参与驱动因素,将有助于用户多渠道开展健康信息交流,优化多
元社区对在线健康交流的支撑。【方法/过程】通过采集微博抑郁症超话中用户主动生成的文本,基于扎根理论分析
并提取概念与范畴,进而构建用户大众社交媒体健康信息交流参与驱动因素模型。【结果/结论】研究揭示了在抑郁
症主题交流情境下,用户参与行为驱动因素包括精神需求、辅助治疗动机以及提供帮助动机;此外,社区类型的差
异会导致用户生成内容类型及其体现的用户参与驱动因素有别,这可能会进一步影响用户根据不同动机在使用社
区时做出不同的选择。【创新/局限】本文着重关注用户利用大众社交媒体开展健康信息互动的驱动因素,并与垂直
在线健康社区进行比较,后续研究可进一步拓展社区类型进行探索。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Under the boom of online health information communication, the vertical interaction in mass social
media and vertical online health communities provide users with a plenty of online health information communication channels.
Deeply exploring users' participation driving factors will help users expand health information communication channels, and optimize
the support of diverse communities to online health communication.【Method/process】By collecting the texts sent by users in super?talk of depression disorder in Weibo, this paper analyzed and extracted concepts and categories based on grounded theory, and then
built the model of users' participation driving factors in mass social media.【Result/conclusion】This paper reveals the users' partici?
pation driving forces for depression disorder topic includes, spiritual needs, the motivation of adjuvant therapy, and the motivation of
help. In addition, the differences between online communities will lead to the differences in text types sent by users, as well as the dif? ferent participation driving forces. It may further influence users' choices when using online communities with different purposes.【In?novation/limitation】This article emphasizes the users' participation driving factors in online health communication in mass social me? dia, and additionally compares the results with vertical online health communities. The further research can continue to explore the be? havior differences with more types of online communities.
