网络健康信息搜寻行为影响因素的整合理论模型研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】构建网络健康信息搜寻行为(OHISB)影响因素的整合理论模型,以丰富OHISB领域的理论
框架,助力全面理解用户OHISB的影响机制,为网络健康信息服务优化和用户行为引导等提供有益启示。【方法/过
程】借助程序化扎根理论方法对国内外70篇相关文献进行内容分析与范畴编码,从宏观层面提炼OHISB的影响因
素,并构建OHISB影响因素整合理论模型,具体涵盖了6个主范畴,21个基本范畴和118个初始概念。【结果/结论】
OHISB受信源、信宿、环境、情境和媒介要素的共同作用与影响,其中,信宿因素属于内驱变量,信源、环境、情境和
媒介因素属于外驱变量。通过对5个要素进行整合分析,针对性地从信息发布方、信息搜寻者和政府组织及其他相
关服务提供方层面提出若干策略建议。【创新/局限】构建了OHISB影响因素整合理论模型,为用户OHISB的形成
或变化提供了系统解释框架,未来需对各影响路径进行实证分析以规避研究主观性。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】To construct an integrated theoretical model for the influencing factors of online health information
seeking behavior (OHISB), so as to enrich the theoretical framework in the field of OHISB, help to fully understand the influence
mechanism of OHISB, and provide useful enlightenment for online health information service optimization and user behavior guidance.
【Method/process】With the help of the method of programmatic grounded theory, this study refines the influencing factors at the macro level, and construct an integrated theoretical model for the influencing factors of OHISB through the content analysis and category cod? ing of 70 relevant publications at home and abroad.【Result/conclusion】It is found that OHISB is influenced by the joint action and in? fluence of information source, information destination, environment, situation and media factors. Among them, the information destina? tion factor is an internal driving variable and the other factors are external variables. Through the integrated analysis of the 5 factors, this study provides some strategic suggestions from the aspects of information provider, users for information seeking, government orga? nizations and other related service providers.【Innovation/limitation】Constructing the integrated theoretical model for the influencing factors of OHISB, which provides a systematic explanation framework for the formation or change of users' OHISB. In the future, em? pirical analysis of each influence path is needed to avoid the research subjectivity
