中小企业竞争情报需求分析与启示

摘要: 【目的/意义】本研究旨在揭示我国中小企业竞争情报(Competitive Intelligence,CI)需求特征,以期为CI服
务的理论与实践研究提供参考借鉴。【方法/过程】设计 CI 需求量表,利用问卷调查收集 243 家中小企业的有效数
据,借助SPSS21.0软件进行信度检验与相关分析。结合CI需求的内在特征,从企业规模、成立时间、产权性质三个
维度展开对比分析。【结果/结论】我国中小企业对市场竞争态势情报、创新策略情报和产品技术研发情报的需求最
迫切,对所属产业专利分布情报、购买者情报、替代者情报的需求相对较小。不同类型中小企业CI需求有所差异,
且与企业规模、成立时间有一定的相关性。【创新/局限】基于一手数据揭示我国中小企业的CI需求特点,并从政府、
外部情报机构及中小企业角度提出服务策略。但样本数量有限,可能会影响研究结论的普适性。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This study aims to reveal the characteristics of competitive intelligence (CI) needs of SMEs in
China, and provides a reference for the theoretical and practical research of CI service【. Method/process】The scale of CI needs was de? signed, and the valid data of 243 SMEs were collected by using the questionnaire, and the reliability test and correlation analysis were conducted via SPSS21.0. Combining the characteristics of CI requirements, a comparative analysis was conducted in three dimensions: enterprise size, founding time, and property right.【Result/conclusion】SMEs in China have the most urgent needs for intelligence on market competition, innovation strategies, and product R&D, and relatively fewer needs for intelligence on industrial patent layouts, purchasers and substitutes. Needs vary across property right and are correlated with enterprise size and founding time.【Innovation/limitation】Based on a direct survey, the authors analyzed CI needs and offered tactics from the perspectives of government, external in? telligence agencies, and SMEs. However, the limited sample size may affect the generalizability of the findings.
