norms and measures, and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on personal data privacy protection from the technical aspects. 【Result/conclusion】The research shows that libraries must start from protecting and safeguarding users' rights and interests, consciously abide by relevant laws and regulations, improve the scientific, effective and technical level of supervision and management of users' privacy data in the whole life cycle, and meet users' personalized service needs. 【Innovation/limitation】In this paper, the user privacy protection strategy in the personalized service of library is fully expounded theoretically and technically, but the discus? sion on the service process of library is not comprehensive enough and has certain limitations.
