Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Exploring the influencing factors of data security management performance in government data open⁃ing is conducive to promoting the improvement of government data security management capabilities and improving the data security assurance system【. Method/process】Using the clear set and qualitative comparative analysis method,a comparative analysis of 20 pro⁃vincial government data security management cases.【Result/conclusion】The study found that the multi-factor combination path of "full life cycle security management","resource guarantee",and "comprehensive" in government data security management.【Innova⁃
tion/limitation】Constructed an analysis framework for data security management performance influencing factors,introduced QCA,and avoided the shortcomings of single-case analysis.It needs to be continuously revised and improved in terms of sample size,condition variable assignment and calibration to further enhance the validity of the research conclusions.
