大数据知识生态系统构成、特征与运行演化机理研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】旨在探索大数据环境对组织知识创新生态发展的影响,以适应大数据时代知识创新、知识生
态系统建设和知识经济发展的新形势和新需要。【方法
/过程】本文根据生态学理论,分析了知识生态系统和大数据
生态系统的基本研究内容,为研究大数据驱动的知识创新生态提供基本参考。【结果
/结论】提出了大数据知识生态
系统的基本概念,列举了系统构成要素;分析了嵌入大数据文化的知识生态系统所具备的新特征;基于大数据、知
识生态系统论和知识生态系统模型构建了该系统的理论模型,进行运行演化机理的研究。【创新
/局限】从生态学角
度将大数据资源和技术环境融入知识管理研究。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceThis paper aims to explore the impact of big data environment on the ecological development of orga⁃nizational knowledge innovation,so as to adapt to the new situation and new needs of knowledge innovation,knowledge ecosystem con⁃struction and knowledge economy development in the era of big data. Method/processBased on the ecological theory,this paper ana⁃lyzes the basic research components of knowledge ecosystem and big data ecosystem,so as to provide a basic reference for the study of knowledge innovation ecology driven by big data.Result/conclusionThe basic concept of big data-driven knowledge ecosystem is put forward,and the components of the system are listed.The new characteristics of knowledge ecosystem embedded in big data culture
are analyzed.Based on big data,knowledge ecosystem theory and knowledge ecosystem model,the theoretical model of the system is constructed,and the operational evolution mechanism is studied
. Innovation/limitationIntegrate big data resources and technological environment into knowledge management research from an ecological perspective.
