Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Scientific data sharing is one of the means to effectively develop and utilize scientific data. It breaks the monopoly of information resources, reduces the "digital divide", and enables the reuse of scientific data resources. It not only promotes the spirit of sharing and cooperation in the scientific community, but also optimizes the allocation of data resources, which is of great significance to improving the world's scientific and technological level It is of great significance to promote social and economic development.【Method/process】By combing the research on scientific data sharing at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the factors affecting scientific data sharing of University researchers, and further constructs a data sharing mechanism with scientific data as the core, technical system as the basis, incentive mechanism as the driving force, and evaluation mechanism and recommendation mechanism as the support.【Result/conclusion】Expected return, self-efficacy, trust, positive emotion, organizational atmosphere, subjective norms and perceived behavior control of University researchers affect sharing attitude.【Innovation/limitation】this paper attempts to provide reference for scientific data management and sharing in China in theory and practice.
