Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This paper attempts to construct a kind of data literacy cultivation mechanism for linguistic re⁃ searchers to adapt to the needs of talents in the new era, which has certain theoretical value and practical significance to solve the problems such as the lack of pertinence of data literacy courses, the lack of compound language talents, and the imperfection of evalua⁃ tion system.【Method/process】Combined with the current situation and existing problems of data literacy cultivation of linguistic re⁃ searchers, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing data literacy cultivation mechanism, and puts forward the specific content of the cultivation mechanism.【Result/conclusion】Combined with the cultivation mechanism, this paper gives suggestions from differ⁃ ent angles, in order to improve the data literacy level of linguistic researchers.【Innovation/limitation】With the idea of“new liberal arts”and data thinking, this paper constructs the data literacy cultivation mechanism of linguistic researchers and puts forward corre⁃ sponding suggestions. In the future research, the whole mechanism needs to be further improved according to the refinement of cultiva⁃ tion objects.
