信息生态视角下网络舆情生态多维图谱构建研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】以总体国家安全观为指导思想,力争在中华民族伟大复兴关键时期,使网络舆情生态治理成 为国家理政治国的重要工具。具体立足于信息生态视角,分析网络舆情生态的多维图谱的构建方法与过程。【目 的/意义】首先分析网络舆情生态的构成维度,具体包括主体维度、客体维度及时空维度;其次基于网络舆情生态的 不同维度,分别利用社会网络分析法、知识图谱及网络复杂性分析法构建网络舆情生态的多维图谱;最后,以“重庆 万州公交车坠江事件”为例,对网络舆情生态多维图谱构建做进一步解释说明。【结果/结论】分别从主体图谱、客体 图谱及时空图谱揭示网络舆情生态的动态变化及演化规律,为网络舆情生态的监管及治理提供参考及建议。【创 新/局限】本文从信息生态视角构建网络舆情的主体—客体—时空环境图谱,全方面揭示网络舆情的动态演化过 程。目前研究案例仅仅针对微博平台,后续研究将着眼于更广泛的新媒体平台及类型。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Taking the overall national security concept as the guiding ideology, strives to make the ecological governance of online public opinion an important tool for the country to manage the country during the critical period of the great reju⁃ venation of the Chinese nation. Specifically based on the perspective of information ecology, the method and process of constructing a multi-dimensional map of the network public opinion ecology will be concentratedly analyzed.【Method/process】Firstly, analyzes the constituent dimensions of the network public opinion ecology, including the subject dimension, object dimension, and space-time di⁃ mension; secondly, based on the different dimensions of the network public opinion ecology, uses the social network analysis method, the knowledge map and the network complexity analysis method to construct a multi-dimensional map of the ecology of online public opinion; finally, taking the“Chongqing Wanzhou Bus Falling into the River”as an example, the construction of a multi-dimensional map of the ecology of online public opinion will be further explained.【Result/conclusion】Reveal the dynamic changes and evolution rules of the online public opinion ecology from the subject atlas, object atlas, and time-space atlas, and provide references and sugges⁃ tions for the supervision and governance of the online public opinion ecology.【Innovation/limitation】This article constructs the sub⁃ ject-object-time and space environment map of network public opinion from the perspective of information ecology, revealing the dy⁃ namic evolution process of network public opinion in all aspects. The current research case is only for the Weibo platform, and fol⁃ low-up research will focus on a wider range of new media platforms and types.
