信息生态视角下网络舆情生态及文化引领机制研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】立足信息生态视域,研究主体—客体—时空环境下的网络舆情生态的动态演化,通过不同维 度的网络舆情文化引领方式及机制,促进网络舆情生态化发展,为网络舆情监管与治理提供新思路,推动网络文化 生态建设。【目的/意义】对网络舆情主体、客体、时空环境的关系及相互作用的动态平衡进行描述,并以此构建网络 舆情生态的全景模型。依据网络舆情生态的研究维度提出主体引领、客体引领及时空环境引领的文化引领维度, 并提出相应的文化引领机制。【结果/结论】针对主体—客体—时空环境三个维度,分别提出文化育人机制、文化服 务机制及文化创新机制,对网络舆情治理及网络文化生态建设工作具有指导意义。【创新/局限】创新性地从主体— 客体—时空环境将网络舆情生态与文化引领相结合,推动网络舆情治理及文化生态建设。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Based on the perspective of information ecology, research the dynamic evolution of the network pub⁃ lic opinion ecology under the subject-object-time and space environment, and promote the ecological development of network public opinion through different dimensions of network public opinion culture leading methods and mechanisms, and provide new ideas for the supervision and governance of network public opinion Ideas to promote the ecological construction of network culture.【Method/ process】Describe the dynamic balance of the relationship between the subject, the object, the space-time environment and the inter⁃ action of the network public opinion, and build a panoramic model of the network public opinion ecology. According to the research di⁃ mension of the ecology of online public opinion, the cultural guidance dimension of subject guidance, object guidance and space-time environment guidance is proposed, as well as the corresponding cultural guidance mechanism.【Result/conclusion】Aiming at the three dimensions of subject-object-time and space environment, the cultural education mechanism, cultural service mechanism and cultural innovation mechanism are respectively proposed, which are of guiding significance for the governance of network public opin⁃ ion and the construction of network culture ecology.【Innovation/limitation】Innovatively combine the ecology of online public opinion and cultural guidance from the subject-object-temporal and spatial environment, and promote the governance of online public opinion and the construction of cultural ecology.
