基于被引质量及其均衡性的期刊影响力评价研究

摘要：

【目的/意义】针对已有期刊影响力评价指标忽略引文数据均衡性特征的不足，本文提出一种基于被引质量

及其均衡性（Quality&Equilibrium）的期刊影响力评价指标——QE指数。【方法/过程】以CSSCI收录的图书情报与

文献学领域20种期刊为例，计算各期刊的QE指数，并与CSSCI排名、

h指数和IFwh指数进行对比。【结果/结论】结

果表明，QE指数与CSSCI排名、

h指数和IFwh指数呈显著相关；QE指数综合考虑了期刊论文的被引质量和被引质

量的均衡性，评价视角全面，区分效果显著，评价结果可靠。【创新/局限】将被引质量和被引质量均衡性纳入期刊影

响力评价指标，考虑了引文数据均衡性特征；对于其他学科领域期刊的适用性有待进一步验证。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】In order to overcome the shortcomings of existing journal impact evaluation indicators that neglect

the equilibrium characteristics of citation data, this paper proposes a journal impact evaluation index——QE index.【Method/process】

Taking 20 kinds of information science and library science journals in CSSCI as an example and calculated QE index of each journal,

then compared with CSSCI ranking, h index and IFwh index.【Result/conclusion】The results showed that QE index was significantly

correlated with CSSCI ranking, h index and IFwh. The equilibrium of citation quality and cited quality of journals was taken into ac⁃

count comprehensively. The differentiation effect of journal ranking was more significant, the evaluation perspective was comprehen⁃

sive, and the evaluation result was more reasonable.【Innovation/limitation】The cited quality and the equilibrium of cited quality were

included in the journal's influence evaluation index, and the characteristics of the equilibrium of citation are considered; the applica⁃

bility to journals in other disciplines needs to be further verified.
