基于任务复杂度的信息搜索用户学习效果测度及框架构建

摘要:

【目的/意义】评估用户在不同学习型搜索任务复杂度下的学习效果,有助于为提高搜索系统可用性、提升
用户搜索体验和评估信息服务质量等提供参考,从而帮助用户完成知识建构和实现知识创新。【方法/过程】本研究
将习得知识、分析综合、知识创新和学习态度作为评价用户在搜索过程中的学习效果指标,招募31人在实验室中
依次完成不同认知水平下的接受型、评价型和创造型搜索任务,利用用户搜索前后分别填写的问卷及自我报告
进行定量分析,最后据此提出信息搜索用户的学习效果测度框架。【结果/结论】用户搜索前后在习得知识、分析
综合和知识创新三个方面存在显著差异,用户的习得知识增加、分析综合能力和知识创新能力增强,学习态度表
现为渐进式积极,成为具有自主性的学习者。【创新/局限】本文借鉴学习型搜索及相关领域成果构建了搜索用户
的学习效果测度框架,明晰了不同任务难度下的学习效果,然而学习态度测度指标仍需进一步扩充和验证,增强
结论的普适性。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Evaluating the learning outcomes of users under different complexity of learning-related search task
is helpful to provide reference for improving the usability of search system, enhancing users' search experience and evaluating the qual⁃
ity of information service, so as to help users complete knowledge construction and realize knowledge innovation.【Method/process】In
this study, the acquired knowledge, analysis synthesis, knowledge innovation and learning attitude are used as indicators to elevate us⁃
ers' learning outcomes. 31 people are recruited to complete the receptive, critical and creative search tasks at different cognitive levels
in the laboratory. Quantitative analysis was conducted by using questionnaires and self-reports filled out before and after user search,
and proposes a framework of learning outcomes measurement for information search users.【Result/conclusion】There are significant
differences in the three aspects of acquired knowledge, analysis synthesis and knowledge innovation before and after user searching.
The users' acquired knowledge increases, the analytical comprehensive ability and the knowledge innovation ability are enhanced, and
the learning attitude is progressive and positive, becoming self-directed learners.【Innovation/limitation】This paper draws on the re⁃
sults of learning related search and related fields to construct a framework for measuring the learning outcomes of search users, and
clarifies the learning outcomes of different task difficulty. However, the measurement index of learning attitude still needs to be further
expanded and verified to enhance the universality of the conclusion.
