科研社交平台用户使用行为的影响因素分析
——基于扎根理论的研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】移动互联网环境下,科研社交平台成为科研工作者信息获取和学术交流的重要平台。探究科
研用户的科研社交平台使用行为及其影响因素和内在机制,对改善科研社交平台的服务提供参考建议。【方法/过
程】通过用户访谈获取原始数据,运用扎根理论分析并揭示影响科研用户使用平台行为的影响因素,最终提取69个
初始概念,归纳形成24个范畴和10个主范畴。在此基础上,归纳提取情境、信息、服务、用户、心际五个影响维度,
构建科研社交平台用户使用行为的影响因素理论框架模型。综合考察影响用户使用行为外部因素以及内部动因,
并对理论框架中涉及到的维度指标以及之间的关系进行分析。【结果/结论】社会网络情境、任务情境、信息源选择、
心流体验以及心理契约在用户使用行为上存在表现关系;需求驱动、平台功能、平台管理与用户使用行为属于因果
关系;个人特征通过任务情境调节使用行为。【创新/局限】运用扎根理论构建科研社交平台用户使用行为的影响因
素理论框架模型,但也存在一定的局限性:本文暂时停留在理论探索,需要进一步深入的实证验证。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Under the mobile Internet environment, the scientific social platform has become an important plat⁃
form for scientific research workers to obtain information and exchange academic information. This paper investigated the use behavior
of scientific research users, influencing factors and internal mechanisms. It aims to provide reference for improving the service of the
research social platform.【Method/process】The original data was obtained through user interviews, and the Grounded Theory was used
to analyze and reveal the influencing factors affecting the behavior of the scientific users. The theoretical framework model of the influ⁃
encing factors of users' behaviors in scientific social platform we constructed contains 10 main categories, involving 24 categories and
69 initial concepts. All categories and concepts were generalized into five layers: context dimensions, information dimensions, service
dimensions, users dimensions and mind dimensions. We comprehensively examined the external factors and internal drivers that affect
user behavior, and analyzed the dimensional indicators involved in the theoretical framework and the relationship between them.【Re⁃
sult/conclusion】Social network context, task context, information source selection, mind flow experience and Psychological Contract ex⁃
ist performance relationship in user behavior; there is a causal relationship among demand driven, platform functions, platform manage⁃
ment and user behavior; personal characteristics adjust usage behavior through task context.【Innovation/limitation】The Grounded The⁃
ory is used to build a theoretical framework model of influencing factors of user behavior of scientific research social platforms. Howev⁃
er, there are still certain limitation: This paper stays in theoretical exploration for the time being, and needs further in-depth empirical
verification.
