process】This article takes the policy text of the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft 2nd)"
(Released on April 29,2021) as the research object,with the method of the word frequency statistics，social network analysis and con?
tent analysis method to study the text of the draft law,so as to achieve the purpose of digging and analyzing the connotation of legal poli? cy clauses from more perspectives,and complete the description of the current situation of my country's personal information promotion based on the analysis of the legal text.【Result/conclusion】Interpret the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft 2nd)" through a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,summarize and reveal the operating mechanism of personal information protection contained in the legal text,make clear the process of personal information protection leg? islation in our country.【Innovation/limitation】The innovation of this article lies in the comprehensive use of word frequency analysis, social network analysis and content analysis to in-depth interpretation of the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Re? public of China (Draft for Second Review)".However,this article only analyzes the current situation of personal information protection in my country,and does not involve further discussions on strategies and improvement methods.This point can be discussed in the fol? lowing article
