Abstract: 【Purpose /significance】The paper’s purpose is systematically exploring the research structure and hotspot
trends in the field of enterprise knowledge management and providing references for domestic enterprise management inno⁃
vation.【Method/process】Taking a sample of the domestic enterprise knowledge management subject literatures from 2000
to 2018, we used literature co-citation analysis, co-word analysis, cluster analysis and social network analysis with SATI,
SPSS, gCLUTO, VOSviewer, Ucinet, Netdraw and other tools to identify and discuss the core knowledge, hotspots and the
relationship between the two, and explore the evolution trend of hotspots.【Result/conclusion】Inland knowledge manage⁃
ment research structure includes knowledge management subject, knowledge ontology, knowledge management process,
and knowledge management service object. The research context involves enterprise knowledge management performance,
enterprise knowledge chain, enterprise knowledge management process and enterprise knowledge gap. Research hotspots
gradually evolve to be more in line with corporate practices and the direction of domestic realities.
