Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】With the development of multi type network platform and the frequent occurrence of
emergencies, the research on network public opinion of emergencies has more theoretical value and guiding significance
than ever before. This paper takes the network public opinion of emergencies as the object, and reviews the research prog⁃
ress and hot issues of network public opinion, so as to provide reference for grasping the research status and further expand⁃
ing research in this field.【Method/process】We select the relevant literature of emergency network public opinion in CNKI
database, use CiteSpace to visually analyze the research institutions, core researchers and keywords in this field, and com⁃
pare the research of the characteristics of public opinion, the trend of the network, the content and the trend of the network,
and the trend of the network.【Result/conclusion】Combined with the domestic literature review and summary, this paper ex⁃
plores the development trend of emergency network public opinion research, and puts forward the research prospect in this
field.
