摘要:

本文以《机关档案工作条例》为比较对象,分析《机关档案管理规定》对于指导机关档案工作的创新性发展,即机关档案工作将面临管理机制体制的更新、机关档案工作的操作性变强、数字档案馆（室）建设全面推进、监督指导工作深化落实、档案资源的深度开发和更加积极地向用户提供服务等一系列新变化。

Abstract：

Taking“the Regulations on the Work of Institutional Archives”for a comparison, this paper analyzes the innovative development of“the Provisions on the Administration of Institutional Archives”in the guidance of the work of institutional archives, which means the work of institutional archives will face a series of new changes, such as the update of the management mechanism and system, stronger operability of organs of archives work, comprehensive promotion of the construction of digital archives (room), the deepening implementation of supervision, the in-depth development of the archives resources and more active customer service.
