摘要:

档案机构建构社会记忆是一项“社会健脑工程”，公众交互参与是其中关键环节，有助于激发和强化社会记忆建构的内化程序。本文利用认知—情感系统理论，通过“金山记忆”档案微信公众号的推文和评论数据挖掘及内容编码，从交互认知、交互情感和交互行为等方面剖析了档案社交媒体中社会记忆建构特征及实现路径，旨在理解档案用户的认知情感机制，发挥用户在社会记忆建构中的能动性，促进社会公众积极参与档案社会记忆建构，增强档案部门的社会影响力。

Abstract：

The construction of social memory by archival institutions is a "social brain building project", in which public interaction and participation is the key point and helps to stimulate and strengthen the internalized process of social memory construction. Based on the cognitive-affective system theory, through the data mining and content coding of tweets and comments of Jinshan Memory's WeChat official account, the paper analyzes the interactive characteristics and implementation path in the archival social media from the aspects of interactive cognition, interactive emotion and interactive behavior network, so as to understand the cognitive and emotional mechanism of archival users, give full play to the users' initiative in the construction of social memory, promote the active participation of the public in archival social memory construction and improve the archives department's social influence.
