摘要:

后真相时代严重消解了公众对官方制度和传统信息源的认可度,数字档案信息作为最典型的权威信息源首当其冲。本文首先从后真相时代数字档案信息信任困境的表现出发,从认知与情感、理念与制度以及载体与技术等三个层面剖析了数字档案信任危机产生的根源,接着构建了数字档案信息信任链的结构模式,阐释了数字档案信息信任链的概念内涵、运行机制与功能价值,最后从伦理信任、制度信任和技术信任三个维度给出数字档案信息信任链建设策略。

Abstract：

The post-truth era has seriously weakened the public's recognition of official systems and traditional information sources. As the most typical authoritative information source, digital archival information bears the brunt. Starting from the performance of the trust dilemma of digital archival information in the post-truth era, this paper first analyzes the source of confidence crisis of digital archival information from the perspective of cognition and emotion, idea and system, and carrier and technology; then constructs the structure model of digital archival information trust chain, explains the concept, connotation, operating mechanism and value of digital archival information trust chain; and finally gives the construction strategies of digital archival information trust chain from three dimensions: ethical trust, institutional trust and technical trust.
