摘要: 

近几年区块链技术作为“信任机器”在文件档案的可信管理研究中引起广泛关注,基于此,本文从资源层、管理层和服务层具体分析文件档案管理的现实需求,应用生态学方法,解析文件档案管理生态系统构成的要素:主体、客体、技术和环境,再引入区块链视角构建由供需管理系统、区块链系统和文档数据系统组成的文件档案管理可信生态系统,并从“点”“线”“面”三个角度阐释区块链如何实现可信,为后续区块链的应用以及文件档案的可信管理实践提供理论支撑。

Abstract

In recent years, blockchain technology, as a“trust machine”, has attracted wide attention in the research on trustworthy records and archives management. Thus, this paper specifically analyzes the realistic demand of records and archives management from the resource layer, management layer and service layer. Meanwhile, it applies ecological methods to interpret the elements of records and archives management ecosystem: subject, object, technology and environment. And it introduces the perspective of blockchain to construct the trustworthy ecosystem of records and archives management, consist of supply and demand management system, the blockchain system, and the records and archives data system. And it analyzes how the blockchain realizes trustworthiness from the perspective of“point”,“line”, and“face”, to provide theoretical support for the application of blockchain and the practice of trustworthy records and archives management in the future.
