英国社群档案建设的进展、特征与思考—以英国“社群档案和遗产奖”为例

摘要: 

英国社群档案建设具有悠久历史和丰富实践，追踪其最新动态有助于认识和把握当前特征和今后趋势。本文采用网络调查法和案例分析法，以英国“社群档案和遗产奖”获奖项目为分析样本，对英国社群档案的发展概况进行总结，将其划分为萌芽、兴起、发展、转型四个阶段，提炼英国社群档案建设的主要特征，包括文化记忆机构的自治与合作、主流与边缘群体的记忆构建、新技术应用和数字档案建设，由此引发在国家与社会的融合、档案与记忆的关联、人文与技术的碰撞等方面关于英国社群档案建设的思考。
Abstract：

The construction of British community archives has a long history and rich practice, and tracking its latest trends is helpful to understand and grasp the current characteristics and future trends. By using network survey and case analysis methods, the development of community archives in the UK is summarized with the award-winning projects of the British "Community Archives and Heritage Award" as the analysis sample. It is divided into four stages: germination, rise, development, and transformation. The main characteristics of British community archives construction include the autonomy and cooperation of cultural memory institutions, the memory construction of mainstream and marginal groups, new technology application and digital archives construction. This leads to the thinking about the construction of British community archives, such as the integration of the country and the society, the connection between archives and memory, and the collision between humanities and technology.
