高校图书馆员数据素养模型构建与提升策略研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】高校图书馆是学术资源及文献信息汇聚的中心,是数据素养教育的核心基地,为了顺应时代 发展需要,响应国家提升全民数字素养和技能的号召,强化高校图书馆员全流程的数据相关能力和数据伦理。【方 法/过程】从高校图书馆员数据素养的内涵、模型及提升路径等方面深入分析了数据素养的相关内容,构建高校图 书馆员数据素养模型框架。【结果/结论】为积极探索符合大数据时代特征的馆员数据素养培养长效机制,提升馆员 的数据能力提供新的研究视角。【创新/局限】创新性地构建馆员数据素养模型,为馆员数据素养提升实践提供有益 参考,但本文仅从高校图书馆员数据素养内涵、模型及提升路径三个维度进行分析,对于馆员数据素养涵盖的其他 内容,还有待在后续的研究中深入探讨。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】University libraries are the center of academic resources and document information aggregation, and the core base of data literacy education. In order to meet the needs of the development of the times and respond to the country's call to improve the digital literacy and skills of the whole people, strengthen the whole process of university librarians' data-related competencies and data ethics.【Method/process】This paper deeply analyzes the content of all elements of data literacy from the conno⁃ tation, framework and improvement path of university librarians' data literacy ability, and constructs a data literacy ability framework for university librarians.【Result/conclusion】It provides a new research perspective for actively exploring the long-term mechanism of data literacy training of librarians in line with the characteristics of the big data era, and improving the data ability of librarians.【Inno⁃ vation/limitation】This paper only analyzes the data literacy connotation, framework and improvement path of university librarians from three dimensions. Other content covered by librarians' data literacy needs to be further discussed in the follow-up research.
