数字环境下社区服务价值共创何以实现? ——基于实践案例分析

摘要: 【目的/意义】本文揭示出数字环境下社区服务价值共创实现的作用机理,帮助研究者对社区服务价值共创 进行整体把握。【方法/过程】首先,遵循“动因-过程-结果”逻辑主线,搭建“价值共创因素—价值共创过程—价值 共创结果”的预设框架。其次,利用理论分析和多案例定性研究相结合的方法,分别从宏观、中观、微观3个层次探 讨数字赋能社区服务价值共创实现的过程。最后,阐释社区服务价值共创的实现机制,并进一步讨论数字技术赋 能的作用机理。【结果/结论】数字技术被用于社区服务的不同场景中,其赋能社区服务价值共创的实质是逐步形成 一套以能力提升和服务创新为基础的问题解决机制。【创新/局限】将“服务价值共创”理论转化为探索社区服务精 准化实践过程中的问题解决思路与策略,未来可通过增加案例样本的数据量,拓展研究结论的适用范围。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This article reveals the mechanism of realizing community service value co-creation in the digital environment, helping researchers to grasp the overall value co-creation of community service【. Method/process】Firstly, following the logical mainline of "motivation-process-result", establish a preset framework of "value co-creation factors—value co-creation process —value co -creation results". Secondly, using a combination of theoretical analysis and multi case qualitative research, this study ex⁃ plores the process of jointly creating and realizing the value of digital empowering community services from three levels: macro, meso, and micro. Finally, explain the implementation mechanism of community service value co-creation and further discuss the mechanism of digital technology empowerment【. Result/conclusion】The essence of empowering community service value co-creation through the use of digital technology in different scenarios of community service is to gradually form a problem-solving mechanism based on capa⁃ bility improvement and service innovation【. Innovation/limitation】Translate the theory of "co-creation of service value" into problemsolving ideas and strategies for exploring the precise practice of community services. In the future, the applicability of research conclu⁃ sions can be expanded by increasing the data size of case samples.
