Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 The resilient society in the new era is facing with a complex and volatile internal and external envi⁃

ronment. The intelligent information support and decision-making system can quickly perceive, assess, monitor and warn of crises,

and adopt efficient crisis response strategies in a timely manner, which can effectively improve the survival, adaptation and develop⁃

ment ability of the society.【Method/process】 This study, guided by social risk and crisis management, summarizes and analyzes rel⁃

evant literature, and sorts out the research status of intelligence support and decision-making.【Result/conclusion】 We analyze the

connotation and main characteristics of a resilient society, propose an intelligent information system framework for comprehensive risk

management in a resilient society under complex environment, describe the process framework of an intelligent information system in a

resilient society in detail, and discuss the frontier research fields of intelligence analysis and decision-making in resilient society.【In⁃

novation/limitation】 The novelty of this study is that an intelligent information support and decision-making system for a resilient soci⁃

ety is proposed. The construction of various theoretical methods of the system, as well as their effect on guiding the practice of the con⁃

struction of resilient society and resilient cities, still need further in-depth research.
