网络多媒体信息服务调查及相关智慧管理技术应用策略研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】5G移动通信迫切要求网络多媒体信息服务质量智慧管理技术应用有突破性进展,以促进相
关行业更加健康有序发展。【方法/过程】本文进行了网络多媒体信息服务质量及其智慧管理技术应用需求调研,探
讨了网络多媒体信息服务智慧管理技术应用框架、基于态势感知的智慧管理决策技术在网络多媒体信息服务管理
中的应用策略、结合用户行为数据分析技术的智慧管理机制和多媒体数据安全防护技术在社交媒体个人隐私信息
保护方面的应用策略。【结果/结论】网络多媒体信息服务智慧管理的主要途径是加强相关智能技术在社交媒体、网
络直播和网络广告等网络信息服务以及个人隐私信息保护中的应用和相应服务平台的智慧管理模式研究创新。
【创新/局限】从技术需求场景和重点技术层面提出了网络多媒体信息服务相关的智慧管理技术应用策略,但缺乏
具体智慧管理技术应用层面的实证研究。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 The 5G mobile telecommunications urgently require a breakthrough in applying management tech⁃
nology to smart quality management of network multimedia information service to promote the development of related industries more
healthily and orderly.【Method/process】 The paper surveyed the network multimedia information service and its smart management
technology demand, and studied the related application frame of artificial intelligent management technology. Based on situation
awareness, it described the strategy of smart management decision technology for the quality management of multimedia information
services. The management mechanism combining user behavior data analysis technology was also discussed. Moreover, it explored the
application of multimedia data security protection technology in personal privacy information protection.【Result/conclusion】 The
main approach of smart management of network multimedia information service is to strengthen the application of related intelligent
technologies to social media, live video and online advertising service as well as personal privacy information protection, and to inno⁃
vate the smart management mode of the corresponding service platforms.【Innovation/limitation】 The application strategies of smart
management technologies related to network multimedia information services are proposed from the perspective of technology require⁃
ment scenarios and key technologies, but there is a lack of empirical research on the application level of specific smart management
technologies.
