【Purpose/significance】Propose the promotion strategy for science and technology intelligence work, so as to advise science

and technology intelligence institutions to better support the realization of the strategic goal of high level self-reliance and self

strengthening in science and technology.【Method/process】Based on the process of establishing the strategic goal of high-level selfreliance and self-strengthening in science and technology and the relevant work deployment in the report of the 20th National Con⁃gress of the Communist Party of China, this paper analyzes the requirements for science and technology intelligence work, and then proposes the key tasks of the next stage of science and technological intelligence work.【Result/conclusion】science and technology in⁃telligence work should focus on five aspects of resource construction and service deepening in key areas based on high-end communi⁃cation platforms, establishing a science and technology intelligence service model, optimizing the information service model of the main body of enterprise science and technology innovation, providing support for scientific and technological evaluation and scientific research integrity and strengthening the construction of an independent and controllable scientific and technological information eco⁃system.【Innovation/limitation】The proposed strategy can provide a reference for science and technology intelligence institutions to bet⁃ter serve the national major strategy of scientific and technological innovation and plan for the next five years.
